I always thought how can women wear this in the name of fashion...it just looks so uncomfortable! and walking in such uncomfortable posture is definitely going to give u backache! that can be said without any research!

That is hardly a price to pay for those women who want to appear sexy with a nice bottom to swag and show off. LOL...... High heels are not that bad if you wear them once in a while and not for a long period of time. Recommended for night outs but definitely not for everyday use such as going to work.
