US combat troops could leave Iraq by 2011 under the terms of a deal awaiting approval by Iraq’s parliament and presidency, an Iraqi official has said.

By 2011, who knows they do what they say...... Better done than said.
Iraq has been victimized by the Americans for their selfish gains, oil being the foremost.
Bush’s Iraq policy hasn’t been beneficial either for America or Iraq and himself as well.
